Premium accounts provide access to additional features, customization options, and benefits to enhance your digital business card and WhatsApp store. Users can select from various premium plans, with either monthly or annual billing cycles.

• Billing and Charges: Premium subscriptions are charged immediately upon purchase, and you will be billed at the start of each billing cycle.

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the user.

3. Refund Policy for Premium Subscriptions

We want you to be fully satisfied with your premium account. If you are not happy with the service, we offer a refund policy as follows:

• Refund Eligibility: Premium account subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase, provided that no premium features have been extensively used (e.g., your digital business card or WhatsApp store has not been published, or you haven’t utilized features beyond basic customization).

• Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our customer support team within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon approval.

• Partial Use Policy: If you have used advanced features beyond basic customization or your business card/WhatsApp store is live, we may not be able to issue a refund.

• Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as custom designs, third-party integrations, and add-ons, are non-refundable once activated or delivered.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time. Follow the steps below to manage your subscription:

• How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, go to the Subscription Settings page, and select the Cancel Subscription option.

• Cancellation Timing: If you cancel before the end of your current billing cycle, you will continue to have access to premium features until the current cycle ends. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

• No Refund for Cancellations: After cancellation, no refund will be issued for the remaining portion of the billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

• Free Account Cancellation Policy: Users can cancel their free account at any time without any charges. Simply deactivate your account through your profile settings. No refunds are applicable for free users.

• Premium Account Cancellation Policy: To cancel your premium subscription, visit the subscription section in your account settings. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

• Trial Period Cancellation Policy: Users on a trial plan can cancel their subscription anytime within the trial period to avoid being charged. Cancelation is available through the account settings, and no payment will be processed if canceled before the trial ends.

Only regular priced subscription may be refunded. Unfortunately, Subscriptions on sale cannot be refunded.
